New Avengers: Endgame Poster Reveals a Big Secret About The Hulkbuster 3.0

The entire marketing campaign of Avengers: Endgame has specifically focused upon 5 of the original 6 Avengers. Captain America, Iron Man, Black Widow, Thor, and Hawkeye have been featured in plenty of places, but that isn’t the case for the Hulk. As far as posters are concerned, Bruce Banner has been standing in the same position in almost all the posters that he is in. The following his standard pose, attire, and expression:

What’s interesting is that the Hulk hasn’t featured anywhere in the digital marketing of the film. He wasn’t there in the first trailer, or the TV Spot, the second trailer, or even the special look. The only thing we have seen for the Hulk is two of his new suits that have been revealed through promo arts. Let alone appearances, Bruce Banner actually got his first dialogue in the final special look.

Either his role is being extremely undermined, or he is actually not given that much to do in the film. There was a lack of Hulk in Infinity War as no one got what they really expected because Hulk didn’t want to fight for Banner no more. Kevin Feige has been saying that this film is going to do justice to the original 6 heroes. So we can speculate that they’ve been hiding something big when it comes to the Hulk.

Talking about the absence of Hulk, the poster that you can see above doesn’t even have Bruce Banner. It has the Hulkbuster, so that means Banner will be the one riding this upgraded Hulkbuster again. So that’s pretty good because this gives us the chance to see the theory of Infinity War come to life. We could see the Hulk burst out of the Hulkbuster armor during the battle, as it was teased in the back cover of an action figure which came out during Infinity War.

Moreover, the reason why Hulk is being hidden so much is that we will be getting the Professor Hulk version of the character from the comics. Moreover, there are also reports which suggest that the movie will also bring in the World Breaker Hulk to kick Thanos’ big purple butt!

Well, all we can say is that we’ve seen Hulk standing in a few promo arts wearing his purple suit, so perhaps the upcoming posters could use that. But even if Marvel keeps Hulk hidden until Avengers: Endgame releases, it would be okay for us because the other characters are making it even in the absence of the Green Goliath.

Here’s the new synopsis of Avengers: Endgame:

“Thanos snapped his fingers in Avengers: Infinity War, and half the life in the universe instantly dissolved. Now a ragged group of surviving warriors, including Captain America, Black Widow, Iron Man, Thor, and the Hulk works to counteract the Mad Titan’s genocidal action.

Since our heroes couldn’t stop Thanos the first time, what makes them think they can win in a rematch? The answer may be in overwhelming power, thanks to Captain Marvel, or in the tiniest spaces between atoms accessible to Ant-Man. Avengers: Endgame will rewrite the Marvel Cinematic Universe as we know it. When it’s all over, nothing will be the same.”
