Avengers: Endgame Enters Top 10 Highest Grossing Movies (2019) List Already

Avengers: Endgame has just hit a few international markets and it is going to release worldwide today. But even before its major release, it has already shattered Box Office records upon its opening day. China alone brought in $107 Million, and right now the total Box Office numbers stand at $169 Million. Such is the hype of this mega finale event. This isn’t just a film. To us, this is a festival!

Avengers: Endgame Box Office

Here’s the breakdown of Day 1’s international income given by The Hollywood Reporter:

“Endgame touched down in its first 25 markets setting all-time industry single day records in many areas. All markets saw openings above that of Avengers: Infinity War when opening on the same day. Among major markets, South Korea followed China with $8.4 million, followed by Australia ($7 million), France ($6 million), Italy ($5.8 million) and Germany ($5.6 million).”

The current projections for the opening weekend worldwide lie somewhere between $900-$950 Million. That’s almost a $Billion within 3 days, well 5 days since a few countries got an early release, but still it is a huge victory anyway. With the rate that Avengers: Endgame is moving forward in China, it could actually make $450 Million from there alone by Sunday!

Avengers: Endgame Thanos

What’s crazier is that China’s numbers from the first 3 days could actually be higher than the opening weekend at the domestic Box Office. Avengers: Endgame is projected for a domestic opening that lies between $250-$280 Million. Some projections even suggest that it could it $300 Million. And still, China could beat that! It’s just insane what this movie means to people.

Avengers: Endgame Presale Tickets

Well, Avengers: Endgame will take the number 1 spot by the next week, and it will probably take the number 1 spot for all time highest grossing movies dethroning Avatar almost after a decade of glory. Whatever may happen, we can be sure that this film will at least make more than Titanic, if not Avatar. But the way things are right now, $3 Billion can also be a possibility!

Captain Marvel How It Should Have Ended

Here’s the new synopsis of Avengers: Endgame:

“Thanos snapped his fingers in Avengers: Infinity War, and half the life in the universe instantly dissolved. Now a ragged group of surviving warriors, including Captain America, Black Widow, Iron Man, Thor, and the Hulk works to counteract the Mad Titan’s genocidal action.

Since our heroes couldn’t stop Thanos the first time, what makes them think they can win in a rematch? The answer may be in overwhelming power, thanks to Captain Marvel, or in the tiniest spaces between atoms accessible to Ant-Man. Avengers: Endgame will rewrite the Marvel Cinematic Universe as we know it. When it’s all over, nothing will be the same.”
