Aquaman Becomes DC’s Most Successful Film at International Box Office

It was pretty much expected as Aquaman has become DC’s most successful movie at the international box-office because just by seeing the trailer of the movie, extended footage, reviews of the movie, all were signaling towards one thing, that the movie is exceptional.

When the news came out that DC and Warner Bros. are planning to bring a movie of Aquaman as their next mega project, a lot of people were criticizing them for bringing a superhero which has been a subject of fun and embarrassment for DC back in the past.

The main reason of that criticism was the power of Aquaman which allows himself to talk about fishes and other living creatures of the deep as a result of which he can have some really amazing and incredibly powerful creatures by his side. But, no one thought that it would be such a success when this idea of an Aquaman made its way on to the internet.

But, it was the appointment of James Wan as the director of the movie which simply made a statement in front of the people that DC and Warner Bros. aren’t playing here this time and the rest as we all know is turning out to be an incredible piece of history for DC Extended Universe because the movie is now the most successful movies at international box-office movie of DCEU.

The movie is going to be the highest grossing movie of DCEU in International box-office as the movie is going to beat the record of The Dark Knight Rises, which has earned a sum of $5636 million and the movie Aquaman is really close to it and will surely break this record as the movie has already surpassed the $543 million haul of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and is on $575 million right now.

Also, the movie doesn’t seem to slow down its tides anytime soon as it has been projected by the analysts that the movie is going to touch the mark of $800 million in just a couple of days because the movie is on a red-hot form and is the reason of why these bold claims are making their way on the internet. Also, the movie has a golden chance of surpassing the Spider-Man 3 as there are claims that the movie will touch the $900 million mark at the end of its theatrical run.

If the predictions seem to get right and if it keeps going the way it’s going then the movie will soon make its way into the list of top five solo superhero movies of all-time at the international box-office. But, it’s hard to think that the movie will cross the $1 billion mark as there are many people and groups which are backing up this one to cross the $1 billion mark.

There are still many people who haven’t seen the movie Aquaman and it’s really sad because movies like this don’t come very often from the side of DC and is one of the best superhero movies out there and is better than many Marvel movies as well. It is simply a must watch. The synopsis of the movie is down below:
