Padi Padi Leche Manasu features Sharwanand and Sai Pallavi in the lead roles and also, features music that is comoposed by Vishal Chandrasekhar.
This movie was finalized last year in December 2017 and production started in February 2018 in some regions of Kolkata and in Kathmandu. Some of the scenes are also shot in the interiors of West Bengal and the medical college sequences are said to be shot in Mahindra Ecole Centrale, Hyderabad.
