It has been confirmed that Keanu Reeves is going to be in the movie Toy Story 4. We all know that he is one of the most talented stars of the Hollywood industry and fans are really excited as we all know that the fan-following of Keanu Reeves is really huge around the world.
The news has been revealed by none other than Tim Allen, who has given voice to the character of Buzz Lightyear recently. He stated that Keanu Reeves is going to be the man who is going to give voice to one of the most important characters of the movie Toy Story 4 as Disney & Pixar are ready to bring the movie next year.
Also the actor himself, Keanu Reeves has talked about his role in the movie as he revealed that he is yet to do four-recording sessions for the movie and it was Pixar who contacted him for the role. In an interview, he said,
“I got a call which was really cool out the blue from the lovely people at Pixar and the creators of this number, this edition, or continuation of the story. They pitched the character to me and then we spoke and they allowed me to kind of riff on it.”
There are a lot of fans who wanted to know what the movie is going to be all about as we all know that not only kids or youngsters but also elders are fans of this movie. The synopsis is given down below so that you all can have an idea about the movie:
“Woody has always been confident about his place in the world and that his priority is taking care of his kid, whether that’s Andy or Bonnie. But when Bonnie adds a reluctant new toy called “Forky” to her room, a road trip adventure alongside old and new friends will show Woody how big the world can be for a toy.”
Tim also assured the fans that they’ll not get upset by seeing the movie but it is going to be a roller-coaster ride of emotions for all the fans and they should bring some tissues with them in theaters as the movie is definitely going to make them cry.
“Yes, I gotta resist getting emotional. I don’t want to give it away, but this is an incredibly great story. It is so emotional, it’s so funny, it’s so big, the idea they’ve come up with, I’m startled. I couldn’t even get through the last scene. I would love to be a Washington leaker. I just can’t do it. I can’t give any more away. They’ve got great characters but a couple of scenes toward the end were really hard to get through.”
We all know that the movie is going to be the fourth movie in the rich franchise of Toy Story as it is the sequel of the movie which came back in 2010, Toy Story 3. The command of directing the movie has been given to one of the best directors of the industry, Josh Cooley and it is written by Stephen Folsom.
The plot of the movie is really great and the fans are really excited to see what is going to happen after the events of Toy Story 3 as we all saw in the movie that Sheriff Woody and Buzz Lightyear had found some new appreciation after getting into the hands of Bonnie after they were given away by Andy.
The cast of the movie includes some really good names as we all can see that stars like Annie Potts, Joan Cusack, Tony Hale, Keegan-Michael Key, Jordan Peele, and Keanu Reeves will feature in the movie. The movie will release on June 21 next year and we have to say that a star like Keanu Reeves has really set the stage for the movie’s release.
