Fast and Furious spinoff movie, Hobbs And Shaw is going to have a new and talented star in their cast as again Dwayne Johnson came as the man who revealed the new recruitment from the sets of the movie as he has posted a photo of that new star with a long description on his official Instagram account.
We all know that there are a lot of great stars in the movie such as Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Idris Elba, Eddie Marsan, and many more and there is one more name in the list now and the star we are talking about has given a tremendous performance in Netflix’s series ‘The Crown’ as Princess Margaret.
For it, she also won the BAFTA Award for Best Actress in Supporting Role in Television series and has also received a nomination for prestigious Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series. The actress is none other than the talented ‘Vanessa Kirby’ who is going to play the role of ‘Hattie Shaw’ in the movie.
Dwayne Johnson was the man who revealed the character and posted a beautiful photo of him and Vanessa Kirby sitting on the edge of a pool table. In the description, Dwayne Johnson has said and explained the kind of character she is in real life and also the in the movie too. The actress Vanessa Kirby has also played the role of ‘White Widow’ in the movie Mission Impossible – Fallout and same kind of role she is going to play in this movie as she is going to have some very strong ties with villain of the movie as she is going to be the sister of Jason Statham’s character Deckard Shaw.
So, it’s going to be interesting how they’re going to introduce the character of Hattie Shaw in the movie as her character is going to have very strong connections.
So, now it seems like the makers of the movie are doing some serious acquisitions for the success of the movie and a lot of eyes are on the work of David Leitch who is the director of the movie and has also told Collider in an interview earlier this year about the movie Hobbs and Shaw,
“I think it’s going to be a little bit more grounded because it’s the beginning. It’s an origin story, in a sense. It’s not an origin story, but we’re starting a franchise. So we want it to be a little bit more grounded, a little bit more character-centric. We’re going to set up the stakes for these guys and their relationship, but we’re also going to have some great set pieces and some action that you’d expect from that type of franchise. We’re diving into their world.”
“I think we want to have our own take on the Fastuniverse. It will definitely have elements of the original DNA, but it is more drifting into Shaw’s spy word and Dwayne’s agent world and, obviously, we want to build on their relationship, their conflict, their banter. That chemistry that they have between them, that’s sort of what’s driving the movie.”
