The Marvel Cinematic Universe is the biggest brand in Hollywood, and it has launched 18 movies till now that have let it reach this amazing feat. Thor proves worthy – Thor
The first Thor movie may be one of the weakest entries of the MCU, but it was still a better origin story than many other Superhero movies. It had good moments but the best moment came when Loki sent The Destroyer and Thor proved himself worthy of his power and Mjolnir.

This movie had some really great connections to the MCU but so far, MCU chooses not to acknowledge it at all. The movie is really under rated and had a lot of great moments. The best without a doubt was the battle of Harlem between the Hulk and Abomination.
Ant-Man vs. Yellowjacket – Ant-Man
This movie was as good an origin stories you could get. It had some really amazing sequences and moments that fans loved. The Luis narrations, the tank scene, Ant-Man vs. Falcon, but the best without a doubt was Ant-Man V Yellowjacket without a doubt. The fight goes from a briefcase to a pool to a little girl’s bed room. How amazingly Marvel uses stuff around them is just amazing to see.
The Opening – Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2

Guardians Vol. 2 was expected to be this top notch flick the blows through the roof, but it did not manage to beat the first movie at least plot wise. It had some great Universe building and character building, but the best moment was in the opening sequence of the movie where the camera focused on Baby Groot and his shenanigans while the rest of the Guardians take down the giant space monster. From there on, the movie went a bit downhill, still was great fun.
Loki King of Asgard – Thor: The Dark World
The Dark World may be one of the most inferior movies of the MCU, but it did tease some huge aspects of the MCU. It was entertaining as every Marvel movie is, but the best moment of the movie came at the very end when Loki proved to be the God of Mischief and showed us all that he is the ultimate trickster as was the one that had the last laugh when Thor denied the Throne, and he secretly apprehended it casting a spell on Odin.
Iron Man and War Machine Tag Team – Iron Man 2

The climactic battle of Iron Man 2 where War Machine and Iron Man teamed up against drones was one of the best Iron Man sequences! It was a moment we needed to have as War Machine and Iron Man really kicked some serious robot ass together, plus the combo and gun, bullets and repulsors was great.
Iron Man’s plane rescue – Iron Man 3

Even though many fans hate the movie for the crazy reveal of The Mandarin, it still had some great sequences that we all loved. The entry of the House Party protocol was a great climactic battle, but the moment that tops everything in this movie was certainly the time when Iron Man killed Killian’s right hand Extremis soldier, and then saved 13 people’s lives all-together!
Peter believes in himself – Spider-Man: Homecoming
This movie was very different from the cliché origin stories that we usually get. It was a fun ride and Marvel played a lot of possibilities while bringing us our friendly neighbourhood guy. The best scene of the movie was when Peter manages to lift the debris he was under as he starts to believe in who he is, and not what the suit made him. The scene was really inspiring and picked right from the comics.
Steve saves the battalion – Captain America: The First Avenger
This movie is also really under rated as Captain America’s origin story was really handled really well and there are fans who love this movie by heart. While the movie was full of amazing moments, the best one that really defined Steve Rogers for the audiences was the time when he went in solo and rescued all the American soldiers who were caught by Schmidt.
Hulk vs. The Hulkbuster – Avengers: Age of Ultron
This was the fight fans were always waiting for. We got this epic battle in the second Avengers movie and the fact that The Hulkbuster was so much bigger than the green rage monster was actually the highlight and the only reason why Iron Man was able to stand his own in the fight. Age of Ultron was totally action packed, but it was weaker in plot as compared to the first one, so Hulk vs. Hulkbuster stands to be the best moment of the movie.
Ant-Man is stuck in the Quantum Realm
Right after the movie ends, we get the big Mid credits scene that people were highly anticipating. the movie shows the effects of the Big Snap in the world of Ant-Man and the Wasp and we actually see the entire Pym family including Hank Janet and Hope turn to dust. Right at this moment, Ant-Man is actually stuck in the Quantum Realm and there is no one left to bring him back.
I am Iron Man – Iron Man
The game changing moment came right at the very end of the best origin story Marvel has to offer. Iron Man is the centre of the MCU as he began it all and the MCU was defined by just 4 words uttered by Tony Stark at a press conference – “I am Iron Man”. People went crazy when Tony revealed his secret identity and it was just the best moment ever.
We Are Groot – Guardians of the Galaxy
The first Guardians movie was one of the best MCU has ever made. It was a total fun ride and the sequel was not as great as this one was. We were introduced with all the Guardians in the best way possible and the best moment came when The Kree Ship was falling down on Xandar towards the end, and Groot sacrificed himself saving all other Guardians. The scene was just so beautiful and moving!
Dormammu, I’ve come to Bargain – Doctor Strange
This movie certainly built one of the most powerful characters of the MCU really well. Strange’s character arc may be a little similar to that of Tony’s but still, it was a great movie in itself. Doctor Strange was a visual spectacle but the best moment of the movie certainly came at the end when Doctor Strange managed to trick a really powerful entity, Dormammu. Strange managed to bring Dormammu to his terms by making him leave Earth as it is, as he stuck Dormammu in a time loop which became a prison he could not escape out of.
“What Are You The God Of Again?” – Thor: Ragnarok
This was the boldest movie ever attempted by Marvel as Taika Waititi and Chris Hemsworth turned Thor into straight up comedy! This was totally different and much better than the previous Thor movies, and the moment that really defines Thor as the God of Thunder comes when Hela has him one the edge and asks – “What are you the God of Again?” And, Thor replies with the greatest lighting blast in the history of lightning blasts. Then he makes his grand entrance as the God of Thunder with ‘The Immigrant Song’ playing at the back. There’s nothing that beats this!
Killmonger’s death – Black Panther
Black Panther was a revolution and it was certainly one of the best origin stories if not the best. It was a cultural master piece and Ryan Coogler & co crafted a really amazing movie altogether. One of the stand outs in the movie was the Villain, Erik Killmonger. He was an anti-hero that made us all look back at the deeds we do. The best moment of the movie came right after the final battle between Killmonger and Panther when T’Challa lets him see his final sunset and he dies with the most epic quote ever –
“Bury me in the ocean with my ancestors who jumped from ships, ’cause they knew death was better than bondage.”
The Highway battle – Captain America: The Winter Soldier

This is one of the best MCU movies if not the best and there is a lot to choose from. Still, the scene where the Winter Soldier attacks Black Widow, Falcon and Captain America is the best as it is better than the lift fight and the climatic battle. The fight is close ranged and intimate, making it all the more fun, the cherry on top was Cap, in the end finding out that the Winter Soldier is no one other than his childhood friend, Bucky. This movie set the image in our minds that Captain America can kick some serious ass!
Avengers vs. Chitauri – The Avengers
The battle of New York is probably one of the best battle sequences in the entire MCU history. It was the first time that our favorite superheroes came in together as a team to fight the alien invasion of the Chuitari. The battle lasted for almost 30 minutes and the entire team up felt like a dream come true moment which we still cannot forget.
Airport Fight – Civil War
This scene needs no description. There were a whole lot of great fight sequences and other big moments from the movie, but the best moment has to be given to the entire airport fight sequence. Cap’s supposed betrayal for Tony came neck to neck with this as it filled us with deep emotion but this fight does have an edge over everything else. It was certainly something else as the Russo’s managed so many characters really well!
The Finger Snap- Avengers: Infinity War
Avengers: Infinity War is the latest entry from the MCU and it was surely one of the best if not the best movie of all time. We need not say much about this movie as the numbers in earnings themselves speak for it. In just 25 days of its release, the movie has managed to bring in a mammoth total of $1.8 Billion worldwide, and almost $600 Million at the domestic box office. This is something no other movie has ever done! There were way too many fan-pleasing moments in the movie but the best and the most heartbreaking moment came right at the very end when Thanos snapped his fingers and disintegrated half the population of the entire universe.
