Ben Affleck leaving the Bat-mantle is old news now. The fact that Ben is leaving is old news does not necessarily make it less painful. Ben was perfect for the role of Batman. If Channing Tatum enters the DC Extended Universe, he will most likely become this universe’s Hal Jordan, an equally sarcastic, funny and gets-the-job-done kinda guy.

Mark Strong will be Dr. Sivana in Shazam!
Now, this is something you should be seriously excited about. Mark Strong is one of THE most gifted actors Hollywood has to offer. Strong has already appeared as Sinestro in 2011’s atrocious Green Lantern. Maybe with Shazam!, his villainous capabilities will be explored to their fullest extent and he gets the acknowledgment he deserves.
The Rock’s Black Adam will appear in Suicide Squad 2
Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is about to be a part of the DCEU in a big way. The Rock is confirmed to play DC’s premium anti-hero, Black Adam. While Black Adam has historically been Captain Marvel’s arch-rival in the comics, he won’t be appearing in Shazam!.Apparently, The Rock’s Black Adam will feature in Suicide Squad 2 as a human weapon gone rogue and to be hunted down by Waller’s Suicide Squad before things escalate to Kingdom Come.
