5) Kyle Reese
Kyle Reese portrayed by Michael Biehn first appeared in The Terminator 1984. He is the love interest of Sarah Connor and the father of John Connor. He was one of the finest characters in the entire series and would go to any extent to protect Sarah Connor. He protected her like anything and it made Sarah conceive John Connor safely.
4) The T-1000
The T-1000 (Prototype Series 1000 Terminator) portrayed by Robert Patrick first appeared in the Terminator 2: Judgement and was the main villain of the film. Made from liquid metal, this cyborg has the ability to survive almost everything. Robert Patrick did an unparalleled performance as The T-1000 and made most of the unbelievable, believable. 3) John Connor
John Connor appeared in T2: Judgement Day (Edward Furlong), Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (Nick Stahl), and Terminator Salvation (Christian Bale). John Connor is one of the most memorable characters in the entire series even though, the character is portrayed by different ones. Edward Furlong’s performance as John Connor still remains as the most lovable of all the others. His transitional journey from a teenager to a respectable leader is equally exciting and emotional.
2) Sarah Connor
Sarah Connor portrayed by Linda Hamilton appeared in The Terminator and T 2: Judgement Day. Just like her son, John Connor, we witnessed Sarah Connor’s transition from an innocent young lady to a full-on kick ass. She transformed herself from a waitress to a warrior to save her son and the entire humanity. Linda Hamilton was approached to reprise the role in Terminator Salvation, but she rejected the offer. 1) The T-800
The T-800 portrayed by Arnold Schwarzenegger last appeared in T 2: Judgement Day. In its first appearance in The Terminator, we saw the T-800 trying to hunt down Sarah before she conceives John. But in T 2: Judgement Day, the T-800 appeared as a reprogrammed terminator assigned with the task of protecting John and Sarah Connor. Arnold Schwarzenegger was in full form and delivered one his finest performances ever. The climax portion where he bids goodbye to John made our eyelashes wet. The T-800 is undoubtedly the best character of the entire series.
