A big shout out there! Disney has released the trailer of one of the most anticipated movies of this holiday season, Moana, which stars Dwayne Johnson. And it seems like he will be messing up with scary sea monsters down the ocean.
The animated movie seems to be as fun as Disney’s earlier movies. Johnson is playing the character of Maui and a newcomer Auli’i Carvalho as Moana. The story revolves around a Polynesian princess called Moana, who goes out in a South Pacific adventure to find the shape-transforming demi-god Maui. The trailer explains a lot about the blue ocean and its significance with the character of Moana.
As Johnson is already working on several movie and TV projects, ABC News was able to catch a live interaction published in a report.
“It seems like the world is very excited for ‘Moana’. The animation is beautiful.” Johnson said in the report and calling the movie special for him.
“A lot of times when you see a movie you try not to get drunk on your own wine.But the movie is really good and I can’t wait for everybody to see it,” he added.
Before the trailer’s release, Johnson shared the official poster. After having a first look at the poster, it seems like this movie is going to be a big hit. The poster looks like showing featured characters and showing the blue ocean color spreading in the surroundings. Moreover, the impression of underground ocean life appearing in then poster just tell how cool that graphics would be in the film.
Johnson shared a post in which he said: “From now until our Thanksgiving weekend release, myself, the cast and Disney will be serving up amazingly cool looks at the film, taking you deeper into how it was made, and what you can expect from our story and characters.”
