The internet is abuzz with chatter about Anthony Mackie’s statement in a British podcast that it was amazing to see acting of Robert Downey Jr. (Iron-man), Chris Evans (Captain America), Scarlett Johansson (Black widow) and Mark Ruffalo (Hulk). We have’nt seen Mark Ruffalo in any of the trailers released by Marvel studios, as we know Hulk’s storyline will be explored in Thor Ragnarok, whereas he has been benched for this one due to far too many characters.
So did Anthony Mackie let his tongue slip or are we really going to see Mark Ruffalo in the civil war movie? The answer may be somewhere in the middle i.e we may see Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner but not as Hulk, hence there will be no code green. He has different personas – Bruce Banner (an eminent scientist); Hulk (a green raging monster) and a cerebral Hulk.
It’s possible that he may help Iron-man in some-way or the other, at the moment we only know that his plane crash landed around Banda river which is near Indonesia at the end of Avengers: Age of Ultron and Team Nick Fury is tracking his whereabouts. The makers can also use civil war movie to provide hints about how will he go to Planet Asgard and for what purpose. Guess….we will find out.
