Start with the small things in your life. Like breathing. Be thankful that you are breathing, thankful that you are alive. Think that you have got one more chance to make things better. One more chance to live your “present”.

Compare it both ways

If you compare yourself with better people and get dissatisfied, there are a lot of people who are not doing as good as you are. Think of them and you will feel good about yourself. You are in a good position and you need to accept this!

Family time is the best time

If you have a family, be proud of it. There is someone who care for you. Try to spend some time with your family as well. Hear their stories and tell them yours. This will help you in enjoying the present and being thankful for what you have – a family!

Spend some time with yourself

You should spend some time with the present you and stop thinking about the future you. Take yourself out on some lavish dinner. Spend some time in doing things which make you happy. This will help you realize the amazing present that life has given you – your “present” time.

Think of today as your last day

Well, this is the most famous life hacks! Think that today is your last day. Today you will die. Do things which you would do on your last day. Live you day as it is your last day and you will start appreciating your life more.

You have an amazing life and living in denial of this fact will not help you! Instead, try to make the most out of your present. There is no point in worrying about uncertain future and destroy your certain present.
