Ezra Miller Issues an Official Statement on His Troubling Behavior

The fate of The Flash has been under deep consideration by the top brass of Warner Bros. Discovery. A short while ago, The Hollywood Reporter reported that there were three ways in which this movie could be handled. The first was that Ezra Miller would seek professional help after returning home to their farm in Vermont. The second situation could be that if Miller doesn’t meet this condition, then he won’t be involved with the film’s publicity. And the third situation would be to scrap the film entirely. They seem to be trying out the first way as Ezra Miller issues an official statement on his troubling behavior.

Variety first published Ezra Miller’s statement via their representative, where the 29-year-old actor apologized for his behavior regarding the abuse and felony accusations and arrests.

Ezra Miller Issues an Official Statement

Variety wrote:

“Having recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment. I want to apologize to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behavior. I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe and productive stage in my life.”

So it seems that WB is trying everything to save The Flash movie, and Ezra Miller seems to have agreed to their conditions. There might still be backlash upon the release of The Flash, but WB is trying to save face so they could at least release the film and salvage some money. He’d probably get recast if a sequel is to be made. But he is at least getting this final chance to punch out.

The Flash is scheduled to release on June 23, 2022. Would you have liked The Flash to be canceled? Or are you okay with its release in the theatres? Let us know in the comments.
