Captain Marvel – 6 Deleted Scenes, Bloopers and Special Featurettes Revealed
Captain Marvel got an almost similar release as compared to Avengers: Endgame as it was also seen by the entire world roughly at the same time. That is why it had such a major opening worldwide, being the 7th biggest opening of all time (including Endgame). But now that its Box Office run will soon come to an end, we are looking at the release of Digital HD, DVD and BluRay versions of the film as they will bring along a few deleted scenes, Gag Reel, Special Featurettes and Exclusive interviews from the film.
May 28 will be the date when Captain Marvel comes out on Digital HD, but people would be much more interested to grab the BluRay and 4K Ultra HD packs as those will also bring along the extra bit of footage. Set in the 1990s, Marvel Studios’ Captain Marvel is an adventure from a previously unseen period in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that follows the journey of Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes. When a galactic war between two alien races reaches Earth, Danvers finds herself and a small cadre of allies at the center of the maelstrom.
Right before the film came out, about 6 minutes of footage was edited out of the film in order to solve the pacing issues. So perhaps these scenes could be among those deleted ones. We will only know about them next week. Those who won’t be buying the BluRay packs shouldn’t be worried as all the deleted scenes and Bloopers do find their way on the internet as well.
