After the new International trailer of Avengers: Endgame was released online, the hype train is now on maximum overdrive. More and more crazy theories are surfacing all over the internet. As we feats our eyes on the rest of these bizarre hypotheses set by the fans, one theory in particular has caught our attention. This theory concerns the Hulk, the Jade Giant of the Earth’s Mightiest heroes.
The new Hulkbuster armour in the trailer reveals that there will be some more upgrades done to the original suit, which suffered catastrophic damages during the Battle of Wakanda in Avengers: Infinity War. But the real question is – who is wearing the suit? The answer might also give us some indication regarding the return of everyone’s favourite enormous, green rage monster. Presenting – Avengers: Endgame – The Hulk is coming back and this time Thanos will kneel!!
The popular theory is that it is still Bruce Banner who is piloting the Hulkbuster 2.0 armour. It was him that used his intellect to re-activate that suit for helping him fight the Alien Armies of Thanos in Infinity War. The Hulkbuster proved to be formidable, with not only allowing Thor to take out hundreds of Outriders (personal foot soldiers of Thanos) but also a Black Order general. But this theory goes above and beyond that. It claims that the new Hulkbuster armour will have a vital role to play when it comes to helping Bruce Banner overcome his fear and become the Hulk again.
We all know now how the Hulk lost to Thanos the Mad Titan dearly in a bare knuckles fight. The whole ordeal left the Hulk severely mentally scarred. As the Hulk is essentially a beast, anything that is stronger than him will scare him. Until now, there was nothing that the Hulk could not punch his way through. But now with Thanos showing that he is way stronger than the Hulk could ever be.
This busted the Childish ego of indestructibility the Hulk possessed. He was not invincible. The Hulk could be defeated and Thanos had the power to do so. That scared the Hulk and he vowed to never come back again. As a result, Bruce Banner had to rely on machinery and engineering to do the job.
But the same Hulkbuster armour that is now considered an inhibition for the Hulk is theorised to be the path to salvation for the Green Goliath. Once the Hulk realizes that Thanos is also not invincible, that he can be beaten with the right tactics, the Hulk will come back to taunt the purple megalomaniac again. This theory does have a lot of holes though. For one, why would the Hulk join the party after the Hulkbuster has managed to defeat Thanos?
It is needless, if you ask us, for the Hulk to return only after Thanos has been dealt with. Secondly, with the Infinity Gauntlet, Thanos will now prefer using long range combat instead of close combat where he has to get close to the enemy to land the killing blow. He knows all too well that it is not a good idea to get too close to the Avengers. But fans really hope that they see the Green Beats back on the screen. A rematch between the Hulk and Thanos is inevitable. The only question is – how will it play out the second time?!?!?
The Last Marvel movie to be released under the Disney banner is Captain Marvel. The movie is currently in theatres. The official film synopsis for the movie reads:

Avengers: Endgame is set for release on the 26th of April, 2019. The official film synopsis of the movie has been recently released and it states:
“After the devastating events of Avengers: Infinity War, the universe is in ruins due to the efforts of the Mad Titan, Thanos. With the help of remaining allies, the Avengers must assemble once more in order to undo Thanos’ actions and restore order to the universe once and for all, no matter what consequences may be in store.”
