The internet is a very busy place and every day finds something new to keep the vibe high. And the recent trend of the 10-year challenge is getting a lot of thumbs up, even from the celebrities. The one among many which have grabbed eyeballs is Spider-Man’s Aunt May 10 Year Challenge. It’s one of the most hilarious things on the internet.
Aunt May, in earlier Spider-Man movies used to be old but in the recent movie of Marvel Cinematic Universe, Spider-Man: Homecoming, we saw a young Aunt-May which was a very pleasant small twist from the filmmakers and it definitely worked in their favor. And now, in the recent trailer of Spider-Man: Far From Home, we saw Aunt May in even more hotter and beautiful version.
That’s the reason why Marvel fans have merged the unreal and curious case of Aunt May together to bring out a completely hilarious meme which is getting a lot of attention on the internet. Well, we have to say that this is one of the very best 10-year challenges on the internet if not the best. The image of that challenge is down below from one of the fans, have a look.
Well, the picture on the left is of Aunt May from Spider-Man 3 which came back in 2007 and the picture on the right is from the movie Spider-Man: Homecoming which came back in 2017 and hence, the 10-year challenge. The elderly version of Aunt May was played by legendary actress Rosemary Harris in Sam Raimi’s famous and successful Spider-Man Trilogy and the younger version was played by Marisa Tomei in Homecoming and upcoming Spider-Man: Far From Home. Some of the fans also shared there hilarious comments about this and for me, I think it is a kind of resurrection of Aunt May, have a look:
Well, as we all know that in the trailer of Spider-Man: Far From Home, we saw Aunt May helping Peter in dealing with the public appearances and shared a cute and awkward conversation with Happy Hogan. So, Aunt May becomes another one after Ned who knows Peter’s secret.
Also, we are going to see Happy Hogan and Aunt May working together which could bring some sparks on the screen but in order to know what is going to happen, we have to wait till July 5, 2019, because that is the date when the movie Spider-Man: Far From Home is going to be released.
There are a lot of doubts about the future of Aunt May’s character in the future movies of Spider-Man as it’s going to be really hard for the makers to show Aunt May aging. But, one thing we certainly know about the movie and that is the official synopsis. Here, give it a read:
“Peter Parker returns in Spider-Man: Far From Home, the next chapter of the Spider-Man: Homecoming series! Our friendly neighborhood Super Hero decides to join his best friends Ned, MJ, and the rest of the gang on a European vacation. However, Peter’s plan to leave super heroics behind for a few weeks is quickly scrapped when he begrudgingly agrees to help Nick Fury uncover the mystery of several elemental creature attacks, creating havoc across the continent!”
