Simmba is an Indian Hindi film directed by Rohit Shetty which stars Ranveer Singh, Sara Ali Khan, and Sonu Sood in the lead roles. The film has been produced by Karan Johar, Hiroo Yash Johar, Rohit Shetty, and Apoorva Mehta under the name of Dharma Productions and Rohit Shetty Picturez and has been distributed by Reliance Entertainment.
The music of the film has been composed by Lijo George – DJ Chetas, Tanishk Bagchi, Amar Mohile, Chandan Saxena, and S. Thaman and the cinematography was handled by Jomon T. John. The film will be released on 28th December 2018.
Talking more about this film, it is a spin-off of the super hit film ‘Singham’. It revolves around an orphan turned cop named Simmba, who was from Shivgadh. The twist in the film is that Simmba completely enjoys being a corrupt cop and takes full advantage of his vardi.
Things turn around when Simmba’s loved ones are abused. He then transforms himself and then chooses the right path. The character of Simmba seems to be really interesting in this film. The film involves elements of drama, comedy, action, and chaos.
