Huge Marvel Announcement Coming Next Week [Not Avengers 4 Trailer]

For now, what everyone wants is nothing but the Avengers 4 trailer. But is there something else that we should be excited about? 2019 is going to be a huge year for Marvel, and it is even supposed to set up the basis for the next phase of the MCU. Things are going to begin with Captain Marvel which will lead us right into the Phase ending Avengers 4. Spider-Man: Far From Home will follow that up and so far from what we know, Falcon & Winter Soldier, Vision, and the Scarlet Witch and Loki will also do the same on Disney+.

Apart from all these, Disney is acquiring Fox in 2019 so more Marvel products will be on the way! Marvel has a very bright future, but are we getting a peek into that the very next week? Marvel fans have recently been disappointed with all the shows that Netflix has canceled, and the very recent cancellation of Daredevil Season 4 has outraged many fans. Above this, they are not giving us the Avengers 4 trailer. But a new rumor suggests that the next week will deliver something even bigger than a first trailer.

It is being tweeted by several reliable online sources that a huge Marvel announcement is coming out next week. @thedailyspidey claims that it is not the trailer, but better!

“whatever you guys think is coming soon, you’re wrong. it’s bigger and better.”

Even Jeremy Conrad from MCU Cosmic is supporting this and he suggests that “It’s going to be CRAZY.” He said:

“It’s not so much ‘news’ as a new movie or anything like that. But it’s a big deal and yes it’ll come.”

Now, this is as confusing as exciting! It is not as big of a news for a “new movie” so we should rule out a new MCU slate post-2019. A possibility here could be an update about the canceled TV properties being picked up by some other outlet? Or a crossover between the TV and the movies. Or it could be related to the Fox Marvel characters? It could actually be anything. But the biggest confusion that surrounds this is that what exactly could be bigger than the Avengers 4 trailer?

Avengers 4 Trailer Marvel

Let’s leave it at that and wait for the next week. New reports suggest that the Avengers 4 trailer would drop on Monday, December 3. Moreover, we know that the Avengers 4 prelude comic is coming out on December 5. And then there is the big announcement being teased above. So the first week of December is going to be huge for us!

Recently, a big announcement from Hugh Jackman was being teased and the fans were a little disappointed. So could it be the same with this MCU announcement? Who knows! For now, let’s just focus upon Avengers 4. We know that the movie will focus upon the Quantum Realm and time travel but there are going to be some unforeseen elements in Avengers 4.

Avengers: Infinity War Thor: The Dark World

Here’s what the writers of the film had to say about the unexpectedness of the film:

“Christopher Markus – [Avengers 4] doesn’t do what you think it does. It is a different movie than you think it is…Also…[the deaths are] real. I just want to tell you it’s real, and the sooner you accept that, the sooner you will be able to move on to the next stage of grief.

Stephen McFeely – Put it this way, I think [Infinity War] is a fairly mature movie for a blockbuster. It’s got a lot of fun in it, obviously, but boy, it gets very mature. The second one is also mature. We’re going to own these choices, and hopefully surprise and delight you and get you invested. It’s by the same studio, the same filmmaking team. They were written at the same time, shot at the same time. They’re clearly connected, but they are definitely two different movies, one of which is dependent on what happened previous.”

Rest, the first trailer for Avengers 4 may clear things. Avengers 4 will arrive on May 3, 2019. Here’s the official Synopsis:

“A culmination of 22 interconnected films the fourth installment of the Avengers saga will draw audiences to witness the turning point of this epic journey. Our beloved heroes will truly understand how fragile this reality is and the sacrifices that must be made to uphold it.”
