The Green Arrow, the Flash, Super Girl, DC’s legends of Tomorrow, and the non-canon Black Lightning collectively make up the entire roster of superheroes featured in the Arrowverse under the banner of The CW Network. We now also know that Superman is also present within this shared superhero universe for the small screens and there are a lot of other lesser known heroes like Martian Manhunter as well. Ruby Rose will be playing Batwoman in the upcoming Arrowverse Crossover so there is something to be excited about. But wait!! The news does not end there. The new crossover arc of the Arrowverse titled Elseworlds will be featuring a major connection to DC’s most well-known superhero. Batman has been named dropped in the Arrowverse yet again and this time we even have tangible proof. Presenting – Stunning First Look of Batman’s Wayne Enterprises in Arrowverse finally revealed!!!
Who do we have to thank for giving us this gift? Arrowverse showrunner and the legendary Marc Guggenheim, on whose shoulders the CW has reached new heights of TRP, is to be credited for sharing with us this piece of news. He recently shared a picture from Behind the Scenes of the upcoming Arrowverse Elseworlds crossover and it had a really interesting plot device that almost everyone but the eagle-eyed fans managed to miss.
Batwoman, played by Ruby Rose, is a new character that will be revealed within the Arrowverse as a vigilante operating within the city of Gotham, the newly added city to the Arrowverse’s ever-growing world building venture. Gotham City will also lead to the introduction of several other supporting characters but the one we are excited about is not a character but a name of a company.
It is the company that makes Bruce Wayne Batman and the billionaire playboy. Wane Enterprises will be featured heavily in the upcoming crossover and Marc Guggenheim has made sure the fans know about it by sharing a BTS picture that shows the name in big and bold letters.
Here is the picture that we are talking about:

If you cannot Wayne Enterprises to Vancouver, then you do the opposite and bring Vancouver to the Wayne Enterprises. Those are his words, not ours. Batman may not be featured as a character within the upcoming crossover but it will still have plenty of neon arrows pointed at the guy who roams the night within the alleys of Gotham City as its Dark protector. We still hope to see Batman in the Arrowverse sometime soon but it is basically a fool’s errand.
Batman will never come since he is official DCEU property and the Studio has already invested a lot in it. On the other hand, other characters like Batwoman and Robin are up for sale and Studios the world over are trying to grab on the opportunity to bring into their fold anything that has the fingerprints of the Batman on them. The Elseworlds crossover is the latest example.
The previous crossover within the Arrowverse titled Crisis on Earth X released its first episode on November 27, 2017. The official synopsis for the crossover reads:
Barry and Iris’s wedding brings the gang together, but things go awry when villains from Earth-X attack the ceremony. All of the superheroes band together with help from their super friends like Citizen Cold, The Ray, Felicity Smoak, Iris West and Alex Danvers to take on their most formidable villains yet. Earth’s mightiest heroes – Green Arrow, Supergirl, The Flash and White Canary – lead their teams into battle to save the world.
Batman appeared last in DCEU’s the Justice league. The official film synopsis for the movie reads:
Fuelled by his restored faith in humanity, and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists newfound ally Diana Prince to face an even greater threat. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to recruit a team to stand against this newly-awakened enemy. Despite the formation of an unprecedented league of heroes in Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and the Flash, it may be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
