Infinity War: Fan Finds Out How Crazy Strong Thanos Really Is

Thanos has done what no one before him could do. He beat the freaking Avengers. He beat them when all of them came at him at once and he did it all by himself. That is a testament to his abilities. Ronan, Red Skull, the Crimson Dynamo, Malekith, Whiplash, Loki, and Ultron couldn’t do what he did. A contingent of super powerful villains fell prey to the Avengers wrath but not Thanos. For Thanos, it was the other way around. Victory was his to claim. We already caught the wind of his incredible strength when he fought the Hulk to a standstill. He was so scared that he refused to come out. No one, not even the Hulk, is comparable to Thanos in terms of raw strength. But how strong is Thanos really? We finally know the answer. Presenting – Infinity War – Fan finds out how crazy strong Thanos the Mad Titan really is!!!!

A reddit user was able to gauge the upper limits of Thanos’ strength by watching Infinity War up to its last little details for the umpteenth time. He was finally able to find out an answer after watching a particular scene from the movie. This particular scene involved Thanos going up against a certain Avenger and killing him.

Can you guess which hero we are talking about?

Infinity War was filled with action, adventure, and mystery but it also went the extra mile to deliver tons of emotions and plot twists. The movie was slowly and steadily primed up to give us a truly spectacular climax where most of the emotional cliffhangers took place. One such scene involved the Vision and Scarlet Witch. The newest couple of the MCU had their most heartbreaking farewell when Vision asked Scarlet Witch to destroy the Mind Stone on his head and kill him, so as to stop Thanos from ever obtaining the Mind Stone in the first place. Then Thanos walks into the scene and the particular scene we are talking about takes place.

Thanos wittingly uses the Time Stone to reverse time and bring back the then dead Vision back to life. He then literally rips the Mind Stone out of his head, thus killing the Vision for the second time in a span of ten seconds. This is the scene we are talking about. It is such an emotional and heart-wrenching moment to see an Avenger die not once but twice in the same frame that fans understandably missed the whole plot element. The Reddit user states this:

“Thanos wasn’t using any infinity stone while plucking out the mind stone from Vision’s body, that was just the strength of his hand crushing open a Vibranium body !”

Like he says, Thanos is not seen any of the Infinity Stones’ powers to rip the Stone out of Vision’s body, which is made up of pure Vibraium – probably the strongest and sturdiest metal of the universe. It is the same metal that is what the Shield of Captain America is made of and the entire technological revolution of the African Nation of Wakanda is based upon. Thanos uses his raw, brute strength to literally pierce through Vibranium!!! That is just crazy, crazy powerful.

The story doesn’t end there. Thanos also locks fists with Captain America, who manages to hold back against the Mad Titan using all his strength. That makes Captain America’s true power to be actually way more than what is shown on screen. The MCU really threw a curve ball on that one. It is glad to know that the MCU fan boy army is hard at work to uncover all the little secrets of the Infinity War movie.

The latest Avengers movie to directed and released under the Russo Brothers was Infinity War. The official synopsis for the movie reads:

Iron Man, Thor, the Hulk and the rest of the Avengers unite to battle their most powerful enemy yet — the evil Thanos. On a mission to collect all six Infinity Stones, Thanos plans to use the artifacts to inflict his twisted will on reality. The fate of the planet and existence itself has never been more uncertain as everything the Avengers have fought for has led up to this moment.
