Avengers: Infinity war happened few months and gave us all hints and speculation. Moreover, we are forced to think of various things when it comes to MCU. MCU laid all the groundwork for the characters to rise up and get in line with the story. MCU made it like a network with all the movies interconnected and interrelated and lately MCU came out with Avengers: Infinity War, Infinity war answered all our previous questions and then its ending left us all again with several questions. It looks like Avengers 4 is going to be the solution to these questions. MCU left us curious and at the same time gave us some major hints and confirmation about various things like the new generation of MCU, deaths and much more things. Well, it is clear that it is not going to be a win-win situation for our heroes and definitely we are going to lose something or someone. It is confirmed that the contracts of Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr. will end in the near future and someone is going to fill in the void. So, here is the list of 10 new characters that may show up in the MCU.
1. Captain Marvel
It is confirmed that Captain Marvel is going to show up in the Avengers 4 and we also saw Nick Fury paging Captain Marvel in the post-credit scene when he was about get vanished because of the snap. Captain Marvel movie is confirmed and in the making right and is going to be released in early 2019. Kevin Feige has described Captain Marvel as the strongest Superhero in the whole MCU (And Thor threw his axe in the pond). Brie Larson is going to play the role of Captain Marvel.
2. Mysterio
Spiderman: Far From Home is in the making and the main villain in the movie is Mysterio who never got an adaptation on the big screen but is soon going to appear as the main villain in the sequel of Tom Holland starrer Spiderman. Jake Gyllenhaal will put himself in the Mysterio’s shoes and it is definitely tickling our brain how it is going to be.
3. Captain Mar-vell
Captain Mar-vell is soon appearing in the movie Captain Marvel. It sounds confusing about two captain marvel but Captain Mar-vell is a male played by Jude Law in the upcoming movie and according to the comics he is the mentor of female Captain Marvel on which upcoming movie is based on. Captain Mar-vell is an alien form that came from Kree planet (Planet of Ronan, The Accuser).
4. Adam Warlock
Adam is already introduced in the MCU. He is a creation of Ayesha who happens to be a celestial being in the movie Guardians of the Galaxy 2. After losing to Guardians and loss of Anulax batteries, Ayesha created a being so mighty that he will eventually end the Guardians. Adam Warlock’s will appear in the third installment of Guardians of the Galaxy and will become a bridge between Earth and the celestial beings.
5. Wasp
Wasp is introduced in the movie Ant-man and the Wasp who is basically a partner of Ant-man in the second instalment of Ant-man. Wasp’s role was played by her mother Janet Van Dyne who tragically got stuck in the quantum realm. Now, it is time for her daughter to step out and take on the world.
6. Nova
Nova is a powerful being from the intergalactic force that we saw in the first Guardians of the Galaxy movie. Nova Corps could have laid the foundation of this Marvel character. Kevin Feige said that Phase 4 is going to be Cosmos and space oriented and Nova will be that link that will join the Earth and celestial creatures.
7. Ayesha
Ayesha, a celestial being and creator of Adam Warlock is soon going to appear in the movie Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Guardians took something from the Ayesha and now she is going to break hell on the Guardians and for that, she created Adam, who is going to take revenge from Guardians.
8. Ms. Marvel
Ms. Marvel is a recent addition to Marvel comics which was quite a success in the comic world. There are things that hint to us about a new character in the MCU. ms. Marvel is a comic character who was a normal being but got changed for the good when interacted with terrigen mists and this mist is already series.
9. The Eternals
With the introduction of Thanos, there are high possibilities of the introduction of The Eternals. Actually, Thanos too is an Eternal and its story can be linked with the Marvel comics. Even Kevin Feige is interested in the Eternals as he is continuously saying that Phase 4 will be much more Cosmic oriented.
10. Dr. Minerva
Dr. Minerva’ character is confirmed in the upcoming movie Captain Marvel and this role is going to be played by Gemma Chan. Dr. Minerva is a geneticist from Kree planet and her body is altered and are given powers like Flight, strength etc. Dr. Minerva became partners with Captain Atlas.
