The Thinker will be Barry’s first non-speedster supervillain, a former lawyer to turned to a life of villainy by becoming a founding member of the Injustice Society, while also using his superior intelligence to help small-time villains commit crimes.

Moreover, DeVoe was actually one of the original Flash’s (Jay Garrick) recurring villains, during the Golden Age of Comics. The Thinker made his debut in All-Star Flash #12. He uses a device called the Thinking Cap, which can project mental force and occasionally control other technology.

Now that we know who the villain will be, the question that begs an answer to is who would be the actor cast for this challenging role?
