With less than 24 hours to go for the next and final episode of The Flash season 3, many fans are speculating as to how will Barry defeat Savitar. Many theories have come up on this issue and while some make sense, others have already been rejected. So, the big question on everyone’s mind is how will Barry Allen defeat Savitar?
HERE’S THE MOST LIKELY WAY TO DEFEAT SAVITAR:
To defeat Savitar, well Barry has to do one thing: NOTHING. Yes, you heard me right. If you all have been carefully following the show this season, we already know how and why was Savitar created. Just to give you a quick recap, Savitar is a time remnant created by Barry in the first place to beat Savitar. This created a time loop as one-time remnant remained alive who was emotionally compromised. Thus using this logic, if Barry doesn’t create any time-remnants and just accepts the fact that Iris is gone due to the fault of his own actions, SAVITAR won’t be created in the first place.
If Barry simply accepts this fact, SAVITAR is gone. Poof! Bye Bye. But this also will have major repercussions. If this happens, then Julian will never get the Philosopher’s stone and become Alchemy, this means Wally never gets his powers, H.R. never comes into the picture and no Gypsy for Cisco. Only, variable that will go untouched is Caitlin whose powers weren’t related to Alchemy. If NO SAVITAR, THEN IRIS DOESN’T DIE EITHER. Thus a total time bazooka move!
However, it can go down another way as well. What, if Barry convinces his future time-remnant that he is sorry for all his actions. Well, it could create a major emotional scene where the time remnant decides to kill himself or something of those sorts and SAVITAR is never born. Breaking the time loop and SAVING IRIS finally!
