Spiderman Trolls Major DC Superhero in Latest Marvel Comic
Marvel-Sony has launched the new Spiderman franchise, the popular actor Tom Holland has been cast as Peter Parker/Spiderman. It is based on “Spiderman Homecoming” storyline, the comic was launched in the 1990’s. The title is apt as it’s a coming-of-age High-school drama and he is actually coming back to his home – MCU. He has already been introduced into the Marvel cinematic universe and the upcoming movie is set in the world post the events of Captain America Civil War. The idea is to re-invent Spiderman character which totally aligns with the long-term vision of Sony Pictures.
We know that there is a funny side to our beloved Spidey, we saw some of it in Civil War but we are seeing more in the comics. In the latest Marvel comic titled Spiderman/Deadpool #6, Deadpool has gone to extreme lengths in ridiculing everyone around him including himself. The plot is about Deadpool getting to know that a film is being made based on his life, he goes to Hollywood with Spiderman and blowing the shit out of the producers and writers. He is a stuntman in his own movie. He trolled Batman v Superman non-stop, he said: “None of that made sense, why were they fighting one minute, then best friends the next.” To this Spiderman replied, “Don’t worry about the scene that set up the next eight movies.” In the end, Hollywood producers end up making a movie titled Nighthawk v Hyperion: Yawn of Boredom.
