5 Epic Quotes of Ramsay Bolton That Proves He was Pure Evil

Ramsay Bolton was the Bastard of the Dreadfort. He was the legitimized bastard son of Lord Roose Bolton, who connived with Tywin Lannister to defeat Robb Stark’s forces by orchestrating “Red Wedding”, killing the top rung of the North. Ramsay Bolton became the Lord of Winterfell, anointed as the new “Warden of the North” under the rule of Boltons.

Since the Game of Thrones TV series began on HBO, for the first two seasons Joffrey Baratheon clearly was the evilest character in the series, but from third season onwards, Ramsay started giving tough competition to Joffrey and even surpassed the evil standards set by him. He is violent, sadistic and totally diabolical in nature. It is amply demonstrated by his fondness for ancient Bolton’s practice of flaying people. He was sent by his father to retake Winterfell from Greyjoys, he set the castle on fire, massacred villages on his way, subjected Theon Greyjoy to psychological and physical torture, turned him into his personal lapdog and named him “Reek”. He then married Sansa Stark to solidify an alliance with Northern Lords, and sexually assaulted her on the wedding night itself. In the last season, he crushed Stannis’s forces trying to invade Winterfell and led Boltons to victory. But in the latest episode, Jon Snow’s forces with the assistance of Wildlings and Knights of the Vale crushed Boltons, while Ramsay was fed to his own hounds who were starving for seven days.

Here are 5 most epic quotes of Ramsay Bolton which proves that he was the evilest character in the Game of Thrones:

Ramsay Bolton to Theon Greyjoy:

This isn’t happening to you for a reason. Well, one reason: I enjoy it! If you think this has a happy ending, you haven’t been paying attention.

Ramsay Bolton to Lord Roose Bolton:

We’ve been flaying our enemies for a thousand years. The flayed man is on our banners!

Ramsay Bolton to Sansa Stark:

You should hold onto your candles, the nights are so long now.

Ramsay Bolton to Myranda:

Jealousy bores me. You remember what happens to people who bore me.

Ramsay Bolton to Jon Snow (Pink Letter):

You allowed thousands of Wildlings past the Wall, you have betrayed your own kind, you have betrayed the North, Winterfell is mine bastard, come and see . . . Your brother Rickon is in my dungeon, his direwolf’s skin is on my floor, come and see . . . I want my bride back, send her to me bastard and I will not trouble you or your wildling Keep her from me and I will ride north and slaughter every wildling man, woman, and babe living under your protection. You will watch as I skin them living, you will watch as my soldiers take turn raping your sister, you will watch as my dogs devour your wild little brother, then I will spoon your eyes from their sockets and let my dogs do the rest . . . come and see…
