After the much applauded season 1 and the much anticipated season 2, “How to Get Away with Murder” has become a must watch show. And judging from its initial episodes of season 2, here are some observations.
Okay, as if questioning her fidelity wasn’t enough, the show makers have now decided to question her sexuality as well. By bringing in the sensuous former classmate of Annalise Keating, they have brought in the element of personal anxiety. So, what exactly is definite about Professor Keating now? Is she a bisexual or she will turn out to be a homosexual eventually or perhaps she uses sex as a weapon or tool to get what she wants.
Second bizarre thing to see was Annalise being stabbed. We don’t know what’s going on but obviously they’re showing that Wes, Laurel, Michaela and Conner have somehow “attempted” to murder Annalise, but the worst part is that they’ve involved Nate in this plot too. Evidently the audience is only being shown glimpses of that eventful night, we have to admit that the show is trying to throw us off our tracks and bring in an ultimate new twist to the plot.
Bonnie? Really, Bonnie?! That’s our mysterious murderer of Rebecca! One could imagine Frank to do something like that (as he has experience with Lila), thanks to the revelation at the season finale. Or, a lot of conjecture went towards Wes too. We don’t know what a frustrated and betrayed lover is capable of! However, it’s still not clear why Bonnie would do something like that. She says that she “did it for Annalise” as a sort of payback. Undoubtedly, there is some back story to this; we’re yet to find out what that is.
