Top 10 Mind Numbing Action Movies Till Date

Back in 1910, Hollywood saw its first short film called “In Old California”, then we have come a long way from watching several movies. But some movies can transcend one soul and mind to the next level. Some movies are just simply put, beautiful and mesmerizing in their kind of way. These movies may include action scenes, car chases, gunfight, and many more. Some of these even go to the realm of science fiction and can ratify and rejuvenate one’s mind through a wonderfully crafted story and world-class direction. There have been several movies in the past which deal with scenarios, but very few have stuck around and have been worth the watch every time one sees them during the life span. Here is a list of awesome action movies which have become some of the best productions to date.

The Expendables

A Sylvester Stallone production of 2010, may have a few years late but we swear the way Stallone has worked around the cast and called in all the major hustlers of the 90s. It makes the movie an awesome watch, the movie also stars Jason Statham, Terry Crews along with the 90’s cast of Bruce Willis, Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jet Li, and Dolph Lundgren. The band of heroes just goes around blowing everything up.

The Fast and Furious

The Fast & Furious franchise started back in 2001 with their first production featuring Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, and Michelle Rodriguez. This franchise has come a long way with their 9th sequel of the movie releasing in the year 2021. We would recommend you to watch all the parts starting from its first one if you have not seen the one which started it all.

Rush Hour

One of the best cops turned buddies’ movies from 1998, witnesses Jackie Chan come to the States and join up with local police celebrity Chris Tucker and from there the movie goes on a high roll. From car chases to parkour to martial arts sequences, this movie is a cliched production when it comes to good old action movies.

Rambo: First Blood Part II

Manliest Characters in Movies

The initial movie in the Rambo franchise dealt with how war veterans had to struggle to get respect once they came back to society and the challenge they used to face from local authorities. The second movie however threw all of that out down the shoot and dove directly into a lot of bullets and action and about no matter how bad the protagonist wanted out; he could never get out of something that he was trained to do for the rest of his life.

Tango & Cash

Two of the decades’ best action heroes came together in this action-packed movie, the story is about two cops with differences in style, persona, and ideologies of justice come together to nab the bad guy. The movie saw Sylvester Stallone as Ray Tango and his opposite Kurt Russel as Gabriel Cash. The movie is considered one of the most mind-numbing action movies of the decade.

Face/Off

This movie witnessed John Travolta and Nicholas Cage dishing out on each other and once the roles are reversed, the action becomes completely unstoppable with each of them pulling up one trick after another in an attempt to defeat the other. On of Joh Woo’s 3rd production with fascinatingly numbing action scenes.

Probably one of Nicholas Cage’s best action movies to date, this movie put Nicholas on the map. With prior hits like The Rock, Face/Off, Con Air was by far the best thing that Nicholas cage has ever been associated with after his win at the Oscars. The movie is so minded numbingly simple and packed with action that fans are surprised there hasn’t been a sequel of the same.

John Wick

Keanu Reeves was known for his only action movie in the form of Matrix, but that was until someone f*ck*d with his dog in John Wick. The 2014 ‘s John wick sucker punched everyone out there who claimed Keanu Reeves could not pull off an action thriller.
