With the wind down of the fifth season of The Flash, there are chances that the die-hard fans are going to have the famous character finally coming in live-action and it is none other than ‘Godspeed’. Well, according to recent reports on social media, there are chances that we will be able to see Godspeed debuting right at the end of the season.

The Flash Godspeed

The reports have come from @DiscussingFilm, who has predicted that the episode 5×18 will be titled ‘Godspeed’ and finally we will see the arrival of the famous one August Heart. The character debuted some three years ago and is going to make a live-action debut in the TV show if the reports are to be believed. We saw Godspeed for the very first time back in 2016 in The Flash #3 who is a speedster and was the alter ego of Heart.

In some issues of the post-rebirth run on ‘The Flash’, Godspeed also served as a kind of Flash’s arch-nemesis and recently also, the gold and white speedster has simply morphed into more of an anti-hero status. With the incoming of Godspeed, we would also see the TV directorial debut of Danielle Panabaker who plays Caitlin Snow aka. Killer Frost in the show. Well, in the context of this Panabaker, in an interview, said,

The Flash Godspeed

“I’m incredibly excited and grateful to be directing my first episode of television, and especially honored that it will be an episode of The Flash, Over the past 15 years, I have been lucky to work with many talented directors with a vast array of styles and methods. I have always loved the collaborative process, and my insatiable curiosity has led me to watch, learn, and absorb as much as I can from those around me.

I wouldn’t be here without the support of my Flash family, and I am so thankful for this opportunity to continue to grow and challenge myself as an artist.”

Well, for now all we have to do is to wait and if you’re excited with the prospect of seeing Godspeed in the show then do tell us in the comments section down below.
