The Flash VS Usain Bolt: Who’s the fastest man alive?
The Flash is the fastest man alive in the fiction world, while Usain Bolt is the fastest man alive in the real world. Seeing Bolt run as fast as he does in the Olympics only reminds us comic book nerds of The Flash. While he is obviously not as fast as the Flash, he still has running records that make people believe that he is, in fact, a Superhuman. So, why not let these two compete with each other and find out who really is faster.
The Flash
“My name is Barry Allen, and I’m the fastest man alive”. Barry Allen is a Forensics scientist and works at the Central City Police Department. He got his powers when he was struck by lightning while working in his lab. He is the Scarlett Speedster who is the watchful protector of Central City.
The set of powers he possesses are Superhuman Speed, Accelerated human physiology and a very fast metabolism that allows him to heal very fast, Body vibration so quick that he can phase through objects and generate electricity which allows him to do lightning attacks. He runs so fast that he can travel through time and break the space time Continuum.
Usain Bolt
Usain St Leo Bolt is a Jamaican sprinter who has now retired. He is the first person to hold the world records of both the 100 meters and 200 meters ever since fully automatic time became mandatory. He also engraved his name on the world record as a part of the 4 × 100 meters relay race. He is the reigning champion of the Olympics in these three events. Due to his dominance and achievements in sprint competition, he is widely considered to be the greatest sprinter of all time and the fastest human alive on this planet.
He has an astonishing number of Olympic Gold medals as he won races in the above mentioned 3 categories 8 times throughout his run. He is the only sprinter that won Gold Medals in 100 m and 200 m races for three consecutive Olympic events that were held in 2008, 2012 and 2016. For his achievements as a Sprinter, he achieved the nickname “Lightning Bolt”, and his many awards include IAAF World Athlete of the Year, Track & Field Athlete of the Year, and Laureus World Sportsman of the Year (four times). He finally retired after the 2017 World Championships.
The Flash VS Usain Bolt
As the Flash is a Meta Human and Usain Bolt is obviously a human being with extra ordinary speed, The Flash will obviously win due to his insane powers and abilities. So, to have some sort of fair match up, we will have to level the playing field by either bringing Barry to the real world or making Usain Bolt a fictitious Super being as well. If The Flash comes to the real world, he will not be having any powers, and no matter how much he tries, he still won’t be “Fast Enough” to beat Usain “The Lightning Bolt”. So, let’s take Bolt to the fictitious world as well.
As The Flash was struck by Lightning, and we know Usain is “The Lightning Bolt”, so what if Barry was struck by him and he is the one that gave Barry his powers. That could be insane! Being a Lightning Bolt, Usain will not only travel by the speed of Light, he will also carry a current that can fry any one that comes in his way. So Barry will not only have to fight a being that created him, he will have to fight a being that is far more stronger than him in terms of both Speed and Lightning.
One might say The Flash is even faster than the Speed of light as he can break the Spacetime Continuum and has many other abilities including his high intellect. Well, still he would have to come up with something insane to beat a thing of nature, a Lightning Bolt that travels faster than anything else. If the match up of these two beings takes place, no matter what Barry does, his attacks will not have any effect on Bolt as he is pure Lightning, and even though Barry has the ability to regenerate faster, he still would not be able to keep up with the Omnipotent powers of Usain “The Lightning Bolt”. So Usain Bolt will win in both the aspects!
