Team Arrow (without Arrow) is Outsmarted by Damien Darhk:

The last season ended with Oliver Queen deciding to leave Starling city with Felicity and start a new life without the hood. In his absence, members of Team Arrow are trying to save Starling city (now Star city) from the new threat namely H.I.V.E, an evil organization led by Damien Darhk. But Team Arrow is totally outmaneuvered by them, Darhk’s men are successfully stealing weapons of Kord Industries, arming up to the teeth, which forced Team Arrow to go and seek help from the Arrow. Damien Darhk is Sophisticated and menacing:
He is the kind of a super-villain unlike any we have seen on Arrow. He is a former League of Assassins member steering an organization called H.I.V.E that is hell bent on destroying Star city and establish a new order. He may even be a meta-human as he possess super-human powers like stopping an arrow mid-way. My Name is Green Arrow:

Oliver finally agreed to help Team Arrow and introduced himself to the people of Star City as “The Green Arrow” in a new high-tech costume made by Cisco at the Star Labs. Quentyn Lance is working with H.I.V.E:

It was revealed in the show that Detective Lance (father of Laurel Lance a.k.a Black Canary) has been working with H.I.V.E all this time, but his motivations and reasons are still unknown. Someone Died on the Show:

The last scene of the episode had Oliver and Barry Allen mourning at the cemetery. The fans are speculating about the possibilities of who may have died, it’s either Lance, Diggle or Felicity.
