Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, one of the most strongest Alpha mutants, Magneto first appeared in The X-Men #1 in 1963. He is one of the powerful mutants with incredible superpowers, his powers were reduced after a serious war between The Avengers and X-Men. 1. Magnetic Force Fields
Magneto can manipulate several forms of magnetism and can manipulate different magnetic effects easily. He is so strong that he can change the magnetic field of the whole planet earth, and can move the mountains, rivers and can destroy the whole with floods. Moreover, he can protect himself with a covering of magnetic field and can expand it to a large area as per his will.
2. Astral Projection
Magneto is highly potential to demonstrate super astral projections. However, he used this power during the Silver Age and since then has not used it. But you don’t know, it is the “comic book world”. If characters can be revived then astral projection is just a superpower.
3. Telepathic control
Magneto possesses strong telepathic resistance which helps him defend against the strongest telepathic attacks. Since Professor X has trained the New Mutants and X-Men at almost similar levels, with the help of electromagnetic powers, Magneto can increase his powers through his helmet.
4. Electrokinesis
Magneto has the capacity and power to create high-powered electrical bolt due to his ability to employ electromagnetic spectrum which enhances his overall magnetic powers.
5. Iron Manipulation
Since Magneto can manipulate electromagnetic fields and spectrums, he can easily manipulate the amount of iron present in the blood stream of a human body. Moreover, he can link the power to his brain to bring several magnetic effects.
