5 AWESOME Clues In Superhero Movies You Didn’t Know About

Easter Eggs are often left in movies by the filmmakers for fans to discover. Sometimes as clues for what’s coming next or just a nod or a shoutout for fans to enjoy. Here are 5 awesome easter eggs in superhero movies you didn’t know about:

Suicide Squad:

In Suicide Squad, Harley Quinn was a complete change from the comics. Her costume and even her choice of weapons differed (and those were her most well-known traits) but the filmmakers paid homage to the comic version in a short scene in the film. Harley is given her belongings after she gets out, and she pops out a hammer and a body suit similar to the comics. A flashback also sees the Joker and Harley dancing, much like the cover of Batman: Harley Quinn.

Captain America: Civil War:

In the end of Captain America: Civil War, Buck Barnes decides to be cryogenically frozen again in Wakanda, the home of the Black panther. As both Prince T’Challa and Steve Rogers discuss Bucky’s plight and the camera zoom out the landscape of Wakanda. And amongst the fog, the statute of a Panther emerges, a sly way of introducing the next hero Marvel.

Doctor Strange:

In the beginning of Doctor Strange, the Avengers towers are seen in the background in one shot. This was a nod from the film that may have indicated the future of Strange who is set to meet the Avengers in Avengers: Infinity War.

The Incredible Hulk:

Although the Incredible Hulk has not been a fan favorite, the movie does pay respect to past actors in the Hulk’s films. Paul Soles, the man in the pizza place owner played Hulk in the first Hulk movie in 1966, Bill Bigsby who played The Hulk on TV may have passed away, but his TV show “The Courtship Of Eddie’s father” and Lou Ferrigno, the most famous of The Hulk actors played a security guard in the film.

Deadpool:

Deadpool is full of lewd humor that may make your mother blush, along with the bloody killing and human torture. But there is one surprising easter egg that was left of field for audiences to see. Stan Lee, the respected comic book writer who is responsible for more than half of the superheroes movies of today made a cameo unlike any other. Like the movie’s tone, Lee makes a cameo as a DJ in a strip club introducing the performer Chastity with as much enthusiasm as he would talk about superheroes. A funny scene for fans to see.
