The Suicide Squad movie didn’t get what we were expecting, yet showing Viola Davis as cunning, calculating creator of the government agency requires applaud. So, in the comics, Amanda Waller is the name behind the political conspiracy.

Making Oliver too serious (didn’t suit Oliver)
