SUITS: 5 Reasons Why Everyone Loves Donna

A woman with an amazing sense of humor and impeccable dress sense, Donna Paulsen is the feisty redhead working for Harvey Specter in Suits. One of strongest working-women characters pulled off by the beautiful Sarah Rafferty, she is the modern day version of beauty with brains (albeit with sarcasm ability). Read on to find out why the audience is raging over this Donna Paulsen:

The ultimate badass:

Yeah, she can call Daniel Hardman an asshole and slap him across the face twice and get away with it. She doesn’t stand for anyone’s bullshit and can even make the best closer in the city consider his decisions. Her confidence only enhances the complexity of her character.

Omniscient:

“I’m Donna, I know everything” can very well be her bio note, and an apt one at that. She’s got her eyes and ears everywhere and when it comes to office politics, she’s the best ally anyone could ever wish for.

Her love for Harvey:

She makes a fool of herself in a mock courtroom when questioned about Harvey. She can risk her job and her feelings for him when he wants to date Scottie and actually helps him out. She gave up the guy she liked because he betrayed Harvey. All through, she’s seen to be taking care of Harvey and that makes her all the more adorable.

She’s a Diva:

This quality isn’t exactly adorable for most people, but she makes it work. She can conveniently forgive one if they feed her narcissism and needless to say, she can never stop the praises coming her way.

Heart of gold:

She can be as much of a badass as she wants, but she can be a sweetheart to anyone who’s sad. Jessica Pearson might run the firm but it was Donna’s persuasion that earned Louis his corner office when he was at his most vulnerable. She sheds tears for the same guy (who is most despised at the firm) when he’s hospitalized. She is just too easily moved and has a heart of gold.
