Arrow Season 5 is going to be bigger and better. Stephen Amell and the show-runners have promised, Arrow will return from it’s lighter side in Season 4 to the darker side depicted in the first three seasons. Also, the villain in Arrow Season 5 won’t be a meta-human or anyone with super-powers. As a fan, I am excited for that because when I see the Green Arrow fighting I want it to be human stuff, not impossible Barry Allen stuff. (Many other fans might disagree with this opinion)
Now, for the past couple of months, Stephen Amell has been talking about all his new workout and how his looks are gonna change in the upcoming season. Well, the superstar hasn’t disappointed and the buzz has finally paid off.
Stephen Amell shared the first photo from the set of Arrow Season 5 and it is stunning.
In the finale of Season 4, Oliver Queen promised his friend Taiana that he will go to Russia to fight for the freedom of her village. Bratva hasn’t been in play since Season 2 when Slade Wilson killed off a Russian Member in Star City (then Starling City).
Based on the image we saw above, we can deduce that Oliver has found some more dark corners in his already dark life. This could be the final stop and year of his journey, after which he heads back to the Star City and becomes the character we saw in the Pilot Episode. Stephen Amell will be joined by several new cast members in Arrow season 5. Josh Segarra is the new Vigilante, Chad L. Coleman will portray Tobias Church andMadison McLaughling will play Artmies.

A premiere date for Arrow Season 5 hasn’t been announced but most likely, it will return in October.
