Who Needs GPS?
At least this girl has the common sense to have a homemade tracking device on her body. Hopefully the phone number is correct.
“Bad Girls, Bad Girls, Whatcha Gonna Do?”
It’s one thing to catch a buzz, but when the PoPo have to literally drag you away, it’s a whole different matter. This pic was taken at South Padre Island, Tx. They average 25 arrests there daily during Spring Break.
Now That’s Gonna Leave a Mark!
Though not all of these occur during Spring Break, 599,000 students between the ages of 18 and 24 receive unintentional injuries while under the influence of alcohol.
Don’t Forget the Sunblock!
Drink too many beers and fall asleep at the beach and this is what you might wake up to. A lot of people think that a tan makes them look “healthy.” Does this look healthy to you?
The Gangs All Here
Mixing alcohol, sex and strangers is never a good idea.
- 75% of all students reported never or rarely using a condom on spring break
- Nearly 50% of the males and 41% of the females reported having consumed alcohol just prior to sex
- About 48% of men and women who had sex under the influence regretted the experience.
So, to all the kids participating in Spring Break this year, I wish you luck. Have fun, but be smart and be safe. Don’t get arrested, don’t go to the hospital, and don’t come home pregnant, or with an STD!
