Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D Codename: Slingshot

 

Finally, the endless wait of Marvel fans for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D is over, as the show resumed on ABC Network. The episode confirmed the secret warriors plot from the comics in the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. We saw in the last episode Ward is possessed by some kind of demon, in comics it’s known as Hive, created in a lab to physically embody all of Hydra’s ideals. Ward is now the amalgamation of all beings who have been sacrificed in the pursuit of bringing the beast back through a portal. He is the most powerful H.Y.D.R.A weapon now, under the supervision of Giddeon Malick, which will compel Coulson to put together an elite team of secret warriors led by Daisy, whereas in comics it’s Nick Fury. Well, Team coulson has already landed one new recruit, she is none other than “Slingshot”.

Baron Von Strucker Jr. is tortured by S.H.I.E.L.D:

He is made to undergo a painful medical procedure to extract information regarding the whereabouts of Giddeon Malick and his further plans.

Coulson is authorized by White House to go against In-humans: 

S.H.I.E.L.D collapsed and disbanded by the US government, but given the enormity of advanced threats from in-humans, Coulson is given authority to use ATCU resources to privately neutralize the threat of power people.

Slingshot/Yo-Yo Rodriguez:

The new member of the possible secret warriors is introduced, she first kidnapped Mack but did’nt kill him as she wants to use her gifts for a good cause.

Lash continues to kill in-humans regardless of whether they are good or bad, he is a force of nature pushing the state of equilibrium among humans and in-humans.
