A couple Durga Babu and Ganga come across Shyam, an orphan who both sings and dances on the streets. Radha, their daughter, falls for him but he values his freedom and breaks her heart. Geet Gaata Chal (english meaning: ’Go on singing’) is a Hindi film that debuted on box office in 1975. Financially backed by Tarachand Barjatya for Rajshri Productions, the film is helmed by Hiren Nag. The film stars Sachin, Sarika, Madan Puri, Padma Khanna and Leela Mishra in lead roles.
