Sorry if this has been pointed out before, but I re-watched Iron Man 2 today and something Tony said to Pepper in the scene where he makes her CEO of Stark Industries sounded familiar. from marvelstudios
In Iron Man 2, Tony Stark said,
“I was trying to figure out who a worthy successor would be, and then I realized it’s you. It’s always been you,”
And while recording the message for Pepper Potts in the trailer of Avengers: Endgame, he said,
“When I drift off, I will dream about you. It’s always you.”

Avengers: Endgame will be the last movie in which we’ll see Gwyneth Paltrow as Pepper Potts. Paltrow talked about her journey in the MCU in an interview and said,
“I mean, I’m a bit old to be in a suit and all that at this point,” she added. “I feel very lucky that I did it because I actually got talked into it. I was friends with Iron Man director, Jon Favreau. It was such a wonderful experience making the first Iron Man and then to watch how important it has become to fans.”
