The Attacks of 26/11 is a Bollywood film directed by Ram Gopal Varma which features Nana Patekar, Sadh Orhan and Sanjeev Jaiswal in the major roles. The film is based on the 2008 Mumbai attacks which shocked the whole country. The film has been produced by Parag Sanghvi under the banner Alumbra Entertainment and has been distributed by Eros International.
The music of the film has been composed by Amar Mohile and the cinematography has been handled Harshraj Shroff M. and Ravichandran Thevar. The film was released on 1st March 2013 and its runtime is 116 minutes.
Talking more about the film, it showed how 10 terrorists entered India and launched several attacks at various places in the South Mumbai. The film also showed how the Mumbai police succeeded in arresting one of the terrorists named Ajmal Kasab.
The film shows how these terrorists killed so many innocent people of our country and also how our brave policemen and soldiers managed to kill or arrest them. In this film, it is also shown how the arrested terrorist, Ajmal Kasab was kept in the jail and what all things had happened inside. The film ends after Ajmal Kasab was hanged to death after the orders of the judiciary.
The film involves elements of drama, thrill, emotions, and patriotism and was well received by Bollywood fans. The acting of Nana Patekar was phenomenal in the film and his on-screen presence was just superb.
He was definitely a treat to watch on the silver screen and gained immense appreciation from the cinema fans. Sanjeev Jaiswal made his debut with this film in the role of Kasab and he definitely did a brilliant job.
He completely looked like the arrested terrorist and his acting was just flawless. Good acting of the stars and a great direction surely makes the film worth watching.
