Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald New Trailer Gives The Insight of The Story

The first trailer of Fantastic Beast: The Crimes of Grindelwald released a few months ago and it left a lot of questions in the fans mind. Well, now the second trailer is out and it gives a little bit more about the plot. The second of the five confirmed Harry Potter prequels is looking even bigger and better than the first one, which is a good thing.

In the first movie, we saw the American Wizard World in the setting of New York. While in this film the magic moves to Paris, covering another adventurous world.

Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald trailer starts with Albus Dumbledore and young Newt Scamander in Hogwarts. Jude Law as young Dumbledore is going to be the highlight of the movie, he is the one to watch out for in the movie, people are looking forward to his character and it looks like he has done a good job in portraying it.

Fantastic Beasts 2

The menacing and evil wizard Gellert Grindelwald played by Johnny Depp is the perfect villain for Dumbledore and Scamander. His presence in the trailer makes it even more compelling and interesting, and Johnny Depp is the perfect actor to play it. We did saw him at the end of Fantastic Beast and Where to find them, but we can say that this is his movie; he is the main antagonist in this film which is quite clear by the trailer.

The thing to look out for in this film is the relationship between Albus Dumbledore and Grindelwald. As we know, these two were good friends before but now they are standing on the other side against each other, it sounds interesting and it would be good to see their chemistry. Newt Scamander shows more of his magic in this film and we can see that in the trailer. The first film was just an introduction to his character but here we will be exploring more of Scamander’s character, that’s for sure. The fact that he will be teaming up with Dumbledore in the movie makes it interesting.

The first movie, which released in 2016, was a huge success, it grossed around 800 million USD, that’s a huge amount of money and there were no Dumbledore or Grindelwald. With their presence in the second movie, it is expected to be even bigger. When it was announced that Jude Law will be playing the role of young Dumbledore in this film, people got more excited for this film as we have always seen Dumbledore as an old professor. In this film, we will get to see him in his prime.

There are multiple Goosebumps moments in the trailer, every dialogue gives you chills, but at the end when we hear the Harry Potter theme song is the moment where we can say that the film is sold and it is going to be a Blockbuster. The movie is directed by David Yates, who also directed the first Fantastic Beast movie, including the last four installments of Harry Porter from The Order of Pheonix. He knows the inside of this world very well. He knows these characters just like JK Rowling. His collaboration with Rowling in six movies might have helped him in knowing the characters from the inside He also confirmed that he will be directing all the five movies of the franchise.  Rowling has written the screenplay herself just like the first film.

The visuals don’t disappoint here, in fact, it’s looking to be one of the best parts of the movie, which is not a surprise and it is kind of expected from Harry Potter movie, it always had eye gasmic visuals. However, the VFX is looking more compelling than the first Fantastic Beast movie.

It is one of the most anticipated movies of the year and the trailer did its job to hype the movie. Earlier, Fantastic Beast was supposed to be a trilogy but JK Rowling confirmed that it will have five movies. Eddie Redmayne, Katherine Walterson, Dan Fogler and Ezra Miller will reprise their role as Newt Scamander, Tina Goldstein, Jacob Kowalski and Credence Barebone.
