Kale, quite underconfident and skeptical about her own powers managed to achieve the legendary power of Super Saiyan after her mentor Caulifla powered up the last week; However, Kale’s form was undoubtedly something else.
Giving a straight yes to Broly, Dragon Ball Super made Kale’s Super Saiyan form look exactly like the 1993’s villain’s. There has not been any confirmation as of now whether she is considered a Legendary Super Saiyan or not, but her transformation parallels that of Broly’s. Even the scene in which Kale transforms in ripped from Dragon Ball Z: Broly – The Legendary Super Saiyan as much of its dialogue syncs together.
