3. Captain America was defeated by Batman
With comics published by different publishing companies, the wonders of crossover concept allowed Captain America to mingle with the world of DC/Marvel comics, including a fight against Batman. The two heroes locked horns in 1996 Marvel Comics versus DC limited series. They were seen fighting and Captain America is seen knocked later by Batman.
4. Captain America is not the one who founded The Avengers
Captain America might have been portrayed to be the finding member of The Avengers. He was not actually the part of the original team. Initially, the team consisted of Iron Man, Thor, Ant-Man, Hulk, and Wasp.
