Guess Which Other Show Stephen Amell Wants To Join?

For anyone who has seen the show Arrow, you will know that its star Stephen Amell is ripped. Not just ripped but very fit as well. Maybe it’s all that sparring he does when fighting power-hungry villains on the show. Whatever the reason for his fitness, it seems like Stephen Amell wants more. He recently posted or tweeted on the social media platform Twitter about wanting to be in the grueling reality-based competition show America Ninja Warrior.

America Ninja Warrior  is a physically challenging competition based on the same premise as Japanese show Sasuke. Contestants attempt to complete a series of obstacle courses of increasing difficulty trying to make it to the national finals on the Las Vegas Strip, in hopes of becoming an “American Ninja Warrior.”The show is very popular amongst its American audience and has featured athletes, sportsman-football players, track and field stars, skaters, and those skilled in parkour, rock climbers, mountaineers and many other sports. To date, only Isaac Caldiero and Geoff Britten (both rock climbers), have completed all four stages of the American Ninja Warrior obstacle course.

The Arrow star tweeted about wanting to compete in the show in 2017 which was quickly accepted by host Ninja Warrior host Matt Iseman. Even jokingly asking if the show could borrow the Arrow Cave for the City Finals.

This is not the first time that Stephen Amell has participated in a reality sports shows. Amell appeared last year on the ever popular WWE Raw, the wrestling show where he literally had to be held back by security for hitting the wrestler Stardust whilst showing off a bit of his athletic prowess inside the wrestling ring. It would be a sight to see if the actor could win the American Ninja Warrior or even get through a few of the physically challenging rounds.
