Huawei is a Chinese multinational networking and telecommunications equipment and services company and is the largest telecommunications equipment manufacturer in the world that overtook Ericsson in 2012. It has recently launched the Huawei P9. Here’s what you need to know about it :
The body of the Huawei P9 has dimensions of 145 x 70.9 x 7 mm (5.71 x 2.79 x 0.28 in) and weighs 144g. It took its design from Nexus 6P. The black band on the back of the phone has Leica’s branding on one side with two camera lenses on the other. It comes with an option of single sim and dual sim (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by).
It has an IPS-NEO LCD capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors type display, the screen size being 5.2 inches (~72.9% screen-to-body ratio) and will give you a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and comes with multitouch.

It has Android OS, v6.0 (Marshmallow) and comes with HiSilicon Kirin 955 chipset and an Octa-core (4×2.5 GHz Cortex-A72 & 4×1.8 GHz Cortex-A53) processor and Mali-T880 MP4 GPU. It comes with a Non-removable Li-Ion 3000 mAh battery.
4. Variants and Colors
It comes in various colors like Ceramic White, Haze Gold, Rose Gold, Titanium Grey, Mystic Silver and Prestige Gold. The phone has two variants – 32 GB which sports 3 GB RAM and 64 GB which sports 4 GB RAM.
It has a Dual 12 MP f/2.2, 27 mm, Leica optics with phase detection autofocus and a dual-LED (dual tone) flash. With the help of this phone’s camera, you can use the two sensors to create a bokeh. The features of the camera include geo-tagging, touch focus, face/smile detection, panorama, and HDR. It comes with a secondary 8 MP, f/2.4, 1080p camera. It doesn’t have the best camera in the market, but it comes mighty close.
