4 Marvel Superhero Teams That We Would Love To See in MCU

No matter how DC ruled the late 1950s in terms of being a most frequent superhero team makers, Marvel has always been at the top of the game in bringing superhero teams. However, it took a while to catch up the pace and leave DC behind in the race. Alright, enough of the rivalry. So without any further ado, we bring you four superhero teams that we would like to see in MCU.

1. Wolfpack

First appeared in Wolfpack Graphic Novel in 1987, Wolfpack was created by Larry Hama and Ron Wilson, which consisted of five inner city teenagers Rafael, a street fighter; Sharon, an acrobat; giant Slag; Wheels, super genius, and Slippery Sam, a badass true ninja. Residing in the South Bronx, in New York City, the group is extraordinary in terms of skills.

2. The New Warrior

Created by Tom DeFalco and Ron Frenz, The New Warriors first appeared in The Mighty Thor #411 in 1989. The group is the small version of The Avengers just like happened with X-Men by New Mutants/X-Force. The group consisted of  Namorita, Nova, Firestar, Speedball and Marvel Boy.

3. Thunderbolt

Created by Kurt Busiek and Mark Bagley, Thunderbolts first appeared in The Incredible Hulk #449. They are one of the strongest teams that appeared an apocalyptic global crisis to save people from it. The members consisted of Thunderbolts, Citizen V, Atlas, MACH-1, Techno, Songbird, and Meteorite. All of them were based in The Raft, Thunderbolts Mountain, Folding Castle, Four Freedoms Plaza, The Cube, Mt. Charteris and Cellini’s Pizzeria.

4. Nextwave

Created by Chris Claremont and Alan Davis, the United Kingdom-based group appeared in Excalibur Special Edition in 1987. The former notable member of the group are Longshot, Moira MacTaggert, Meggan, Captain Britain, Black Knight, Cerise, Colossus, Daytripper, Dazzler, Douglock/Warlock, Feron, Widget, Pete Wisdom, Wolfsbane, Juggernaut, Kylun, Lockheed,, Phoenix (Rachel Summers), Psylocke, Sage, Micromax, Nightcrawler, Nocturne, Shadowcat.
